In the 2023-2024 biennium, the Mezzani plant underwent significant expansion works.

Following the installation of the second corrugator in 2010, the first and only in Italy with a 3.35 m width, the third corrugator, a state-of-the-art BHS Flex Line with a 2.8 m width, has now arrived at the company.

Its introduction into our machinery allows us to significantly expand the range of products offered to our customers.

This new equipment is at the forefront for its ability to produce not only corrugated cardboard sheets with traditional flutes (low flute, high flute, double flute) but also micro flutes, nano flutes, and open flutes. It complements the use of virgin and recycled papers with traditional weights and increasingly lighter, more eco-friendly papers.

The new corrugator is also equipped with the most innovative and sophisticated technologies in process and quality control, enabling rigorous in-line checks during production, improving efficiency and performance.

Thanks to this installation, our production capacity will allow us to better meet the needs of our clients across various industries: industry, food and beverage, fruit and vegetables, home and personal care, logistics, e-commerce, and any other industrial sector.
