Last year, our company FEPA, together with the company COSMOPROJECT, both with plants in the municipality of Sorbolo-Mezzani, joined forces to support an important local initiative: the renovation and expansion of a kindergarten dating back to the 1970s, which was gradually falling into disuse.

Thanks to this collaboration, the modernisation of the kindergarten for children aged 3 to 6 years was completed in 2023.

In 2024, the focus was on the nursery section, with the renovation of the existing section and the creation of a new area offering 16 additional places.

This joint initiative not only upgraded the facility, but also outlined new scenarios for innovation: from the enrichment of the educational offer, to the creation of conventions for employees’ families, to targeted support actions for families in fragile parenting situations.

Creating synergy and being able to give concrete help to the social fabric was an experience that filled us with joy and satisfaction.
