On 2 May, Fepa organised the third meeting with schools for the 2023/2024 school year at the ITIS Leonardo Da Vinci in Parma, in collaboration with Adecco.

During the event, the students had the opportunity to test their soft skills through fun snooze tests and took part in an engaging assessment, tools that are increasingly used in the recruiting world.

In addition to practical activities, the students had the opportunity to discuss topical issues such as sustainability, a topic of great importance to Fepa. We highlighted the importance of preserving the environment and safety, demonstrating how respect for nature is synonymous with progress and innovation, and how excellent results have been achieved in recent years.

We were impressed by the enthusiasm and interest shown by the students on these issues. This pushes us even more to continue on this path, to attract new talents who will be the real engine of companies in this industrial revolution 4.0.
