From 7 to 13 April, Paper Week returns, the initiative promoted by Comieco that every year throughout Italy promotes events and activities dedicated to raising awareness of the correct management and recovery of cellulose materials.

This year too, Fepa is participating on several fronts:

Thursday 10 April – Our Mezzani plant will host students from a technical institute in Parma for a lesson on the value of recycling and the virtuous cycle of paper, followed by a guided tour of the heart of our production.

On Friday 11 April in Lucca, the 2025 capital of recycling, Cart-One, the industrial network of which Fepa is a member together with Sada Group, is promoting the conference ‘Circular Economy and the New EU Regulation – the Paper and Cardboard Response’, with two prestigious speakers: Carlo Montalbetti, President of Comieco, and Prof. Fabio Iraldo of the Sant’Anna University of Pisa.

In the evening, at 9 p.m., a stand-up comedy of which Cart-One is a sponsor ‘ E’ bravo ma non si applica’ with Matteo Cesca and Meme Lucarelli will be staged at the Real Collegio di Lucca.

The circular economy is part of our identity and we believe it is important that businesses also take action to inform, raise awareness and involve citizens and new generations.

Every correct actions, every young person trained, every shared project is a concrete step towards a more sustainable future.
