December marks the end of the 2024 edition of Imprese Aperte, an extraordinary initiative that has seen our company, together with over 50 local businesses, open its doors to the community.

Promoted by Unione Parmense Industriali, ParmaIoCiSto and Cisita, the project was a valuable opportunity to bring the population, and young people in particular, closer to Parma’s production universe and entrepreneurial world.

For us, participating was a pleasure and, above all, a heartfelt commitment: we strongly believe in the importance of dialoguing with the territory and creating connections that can inspire new generations.

Our wish?

May this project be a stimulus for young people to invest in themselves, to build a virtuous career. Companies need talent and skills, and initiatives like this can help in bridging the gap between demand and supply of qualified human resources.
