After the second corrugator installed in 2010, the first and only one in Italy with a 3.35 metre width, the third corrugator arrives at the company, a latest-generation 2.8 mt BHS Flex Line.

Its introduction into our machine park is a source of pride for us; it will allow us to expand the range of products offered to our customers while maintaining, and perhaps improving, product and service quality.

This new plant is in fact state-of-the-art for its ability to produce not only corrugated cardboard sheets with traditional waves (low wave, high wave, double wave) but also microwaves, nano-waves, open waves, combining the use of virgin and recycled paper with traditional weights with the use of paper with lighter and lighter weights and therefore more environmentally friendly.

The new corrugator is also equipped with the most innovative and sophisticated process and quality control technologies that allow for rigorous in-line checks during production, improving efficiency and performance.

Thanks to this installation, our production capacity will increase significantly, enabling us to better meet the needs of our customers in any production sector: food and beverage, fruit and vegetables, home and personal care, logistics, e-commerce and any other industry.

Reaching this new milestone was possible thanks to the work done by all our People – Women and Men – their dedication, experience and propensity for innovation.

We take this further important step in the life of the company as a confirmation of how FEPA intends to continue on a path of measured and sustainable growth in a sector in which it believes and intends to play an increasingly important role.
