Once again this year, Fepa Spa renewed its collaboration with High School Institutes.

On 10 April, Gianluca Banci, Corporate Sustainability Manager, and Francesca Forte, HR Specialist, met the students of IIS Sanfelice, Don Bosco di Viadana (MN).

We had the pleasure of presenting our reality and telling about our world to the fourth- and fifth-year students of the electrical, mechanical and mechatronic courses.

Emphasis was placed on the importance of Safety in the workplace, the Ecodigital transition, and the impact on companies of the introduction of new enabling technologies, including process-integrated robotics and ArtificialIntelligence.

The young people were able to pick up tips on how to compile a winning CV and learn about new recruitment methods, such as assessments, which offer greater visibility to softskills, an integral and indispensable part of the match between company and candidate.

We had the opportunity to deepen our understanding of what is important to find in the world of work, especially in the delicate phase of first experiences, and we gathered new insights into the employment sector.

Fepa will continue its efforts to promote the company in schools and strengthen this valuable relationship with students.
