The work flow and the work environment are organized to allow everyone to work safely, both in the production departments and in the offices. We carefully follow all the regulations in force on the subject, in order to allow each employee to carry out his or her work while minimizing the risk of injury.

Looking for new solutions for the health of our workers is particularly important in the production chain. We are careful to provide the most appropriate PPE and our plants are equipped with the most sophisticated applications that ensure our workers can work in the best safety conditions.

We believe it is important to create a “culture” of safety, so that we all turn safe behaviors into habits, to be applied when we are at work, but also when we are with our families.
For this reason, we periodically promote activities to raise awareness on this topic, such as the B.O.S.S. (Behaviour Observation Safety System) project, which has made it possible to improve safety in the company based on behavioural observation and “positive reinforcement” techniques. This practice has proven effective in correcting misbehavior and incentivizing safe attitudes.
